- Operational check
- Place waterproof drop sheets down around work area
- Remove lid, filters and casings and wash them outside
- Apply eco-friendly chemicals to remove any mould, bacteria, odours, dirt and dust from the coils, fan, airway, fins and drain line
- Hydro pressure wash
- Flush and check there isn't any blockages in the drain line
- Dry the coils, fan and airway
- Sanitise coils, fan and airway(this product comes with a 12-month mould free guarantee)
- Sanitise casings, filters and lid
- Apply condensate drain sanitiser to drain pan. This product slowly breaks down and leaves your unit with a longer lasting fresh smell
- Re assemble the casings, filters and lid
- Final performance check to ensure everything is working efficiently
- Pack up the area and remove any rubbish/vacuum
- Check the remote and replace batteries if needed
- Collect payment and attach service reminder sticker to the aircon
