- Operational check

- Place waterproof drop sheets down around work area

- Removal of unit's casings (filters, fan and dropping of drain pan) and wash them outside

- Apply eco-friendly chemicals to remove any mould, bacteria, odours, dirt and dust from the coils, fan, drain pan and airways

- Hydro- pressure wash 

- Dry off all components 

- Sanitise coils, and fan (this product comes with a 12-month mould free guarantee)

- Sanitise casings and filters

- Apply condensate drain sanitiser to drain pan. This product slowly breaks down and leaves your unit with a longer lasting fresh smell

- Re- assemble

- Final performance check to ensure everything is working efficiently. 

- Collect payment and attach service reminder sticker to the aircon
